What documents do we develop?

Technical passport

It contains information certifying the manufacturer’s guarantees, values of basic parameters and features (properties) of the products as well as information on certification and disposal of products.

Safety justification

It contains risk analysis as well as details from engineering, operating and production documents on minimum baseline measures to ensure safety. This document accompanies equipment at all life-cycle stages and amended with information on the risk assessment results at the stage of operation after overhaul. This document is mandatory for machines and equipment that are subject to the requirements of TR CU 010/2011 and TR CU 032/2013. Safety justification shall be signed by the manufacturer.

Operating manual

It contains information on design, operating principle, features (properties) of products, their components and instructions required for correct and safe operation of products (use as intended, maintenance, running repairs, storage and transportation) and technical state evaluation when determining necessity for repairs as well as information concerning disposal of products and their components.

Technical specification (for Russian-made products)

It contains requirements (complex of all parameters, norms, rules and provisions) to products, their manufacture, inspection, acceptance and delivery.
