Proof engineering

POLYTECH Group provides technical support during conformity assessment of pressure equipment to the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union «On safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure» (TR CU 032/2013) in terms of engineering challenges solution.

Our specialists carry out the following engineering:

1. Structural strength and buckling analysis of different types of tanks and vessels to evaluate load bearing capacity under operating, testing and mounting conditions, namely:
• analysis for nozzle incut to shell and dished bottoms from effect of pressure and external loads
• strength and buckling analysis for vertical vessels (columns) considering wind and seismic loads
• strength and buckling analysis for tube-and-shell heat exchangers and air-cooling units
• strength and buckling analysis for horizontal and vertical vessels with due account for seismic loads
• analysis for vertical steel cylindrical vessels
2. Strength and stiffness analysis for pipelines of different purposes with random spatial configuration when subjected to static and cyclic loading, seismic loads as well as analysis for thickness of pipes walls and joint pieces.
3. Capacity analysis for safety devices intended for protection from emergency pressure build-up in equipment operating under excessive pressure by release (discharge) of operating fluid from equipment through safety devices.

We set up the analysis results in the form of reports with all the intermediate computing results executed as per the requirements of the Unified system of design documentation (ESKD).
