Starting September 1, 2025, all accredited testing laboratories are required to submit additional details about their test results to the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosaccreditation). This important update aims to enhance data transparency and reliability.
According to the new rules, it is mandatory to provide information about the personnel who conducted the tests, the methods applied, and the data obtained. Failure to comply with these requirements will prevent the test report from being published, and an error notification dialog box will appear on the screen if publication is attempted.
Data can be submitted in various ways: through web forms, using batch upload, by selecting from the FGIS (Federal State Information System) directory, manually, or by connecting the accredited laboratory's information system to the application programming interface (API) of the data collection and storage subsystem within the federal state information system for accreditation (Rosaccreditation API). The submitted data will be accessible to control and supervisory authorities such as Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Digital Development, and others.
The implementation of these changes will help verify that an accredited testing laboratory operates within its accredited scope as listed in the register, possesses the necessary technical equipment, and employs qualified staff with education relevant to its field of accreditation.
The requirements for submitting additional information to the Rosaccreditation FGIS are based on Order No. 730 dated November 20, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
